Caring Connection was one of the first metro Denver alternative federations to expand employee giving campaigns beyond the Denver Employees' Combined Campaign (DECC) and the Colorado Combined Campaign (CCC) in 1988.

Through the Partnership for Colorado – two other local umbrella organizations represent more than 200 charitable organizations – we work to plan and carry out annual employee giving campaigns. Our partners include Community Health Charities of Colorado and Community Shares of Colorado.

Caring Connection currently participates in campaigns at approximately 80 local public and private businesses. We represent 66 member agencies, all of which are Colorado nonprofit organizations; they provide services predominantly in Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Clear Creek, Denver, Douglas, El Paso, Gilpin, Jefferson and Park Counties, however, many of our organizations provide a statewide impact.
